Returns Policy

If you wish to return a suitcase train, please notify us by email, stating the reason for the return for the full refund.

On receiving your parcel, the item will be checked and if returned in its original condition-not damaged we will process a refund.

Please pack the item carefully.

A refund can only be provided once we have received the item.

Should an item arrive back to us damaged when this was not the original reason for return we will request clear photographs of the product returned and reasons.

If this is the unfortunate case, please always keep your proof of purchase in case there is a dispute with the courier service, if items are returned to us damaged but were received to you in excellent condition.

If you are not able to claim back costs through the courier service and the item is not returned to us in its original condition, the customer will be responsible for any loss in value.

All customers are responsible for paying for return postage costs.

We always do our best to package all of our products carefully and securely.

Unfortunately mishaps do happen in transit beyond our control at times. But we hope our secure packaging stops any damage in transition and that you receive your goods in perfect condition.

The contract between us

We must receive initially a deposit of £50 to secure a build before your order can be accepted.

Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by email or message.

Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

Any orders that are personalised/custom made, cannot be cancelled as these are specific to your requirements.

To cancel an order which is not personalised or custom made you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of placing the order.

If you do not meet this deadline after you have received an unwanted item your contract with us allows you to return the item as long as a request for a refund is made within 7 days of the items delivery.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Prices

All prices from our price list include VAT, postage is calculated if using a courier service individually.

We sometimes make extra unique special offer suitcase trains, these will be priced at point of sale.

Delivery

We currently deliver to the UK only.

We will not be responsible for delays in delivery caused by a third party.

As our product will not fit through the letterbox please try and ensure someone is on at the address given.

Non Delivered Goods

If you do not receive an item then we were reserve the right to ask you to wait 10 working days before we will notify the delivery company and we will endeavour to help locate this for you. We also reserve the right to charge for a re-delivery.

Cancellation by us

We resume the right to cancel the contract between us if,

We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods that you have requested/ordered.

In the event we have to cancel your contract we will notify you by email and your method of payment ie your deposit will be notified and your payment will be accredited back to you within 14 working days or as soon as possible.

We will not be obliged to offer additional compensation for disappointment if this occurs.

We Do Not Sell To Minors

Our site is not intended for and should not be used by children under the age of 18 to purchase products.

We do not knowingly collect personal data fro children under the age of 18.

When making a purchase through our website you will supply us with info,

Some of this information is personal data and is subject to the data protection act 1998.

Information that is collected and stored by suitcase trains will only be used to fulfil your order successfully and for the future maybe used to send you a Christmas card

The privacy of our customers is important to us and no personal info is sold traded or given to any other companies.

Your address is needed for the courier service.
